The Rose Garden, Cape Coral, Florida

Historically, the Rose Garden was The Cape's first tourist attraction in the area for tourists and vacationers alike that had an interest in seeing the beautiful homes and waterways. The Rose Garden has been recently been redeveloped into the new and luxurious Tarpon Point.  The Rose Garden neighborhood is just to the the North of Gated community of Tarpon Point.  You can get to it by driving South on Skyline Blvd.  With many of the single-family homes boasting an expansive waterside view, and gulf access unrestricted to sailing vessels west of the 12th Avenue bridge. This community truly is a jewel and has so much to offer anyone retiring to the community, or adventure seekers looking to poise themselves in a perfect location to plan outings and other outdoor activities. With its beautiful scenery and diverse architecture, The Rose Garden can appeal to everyone in some way.  Just to the East is Rotary Park which offers a Butterfly Garden, dog park and occasionally festivals like the Burrowing Owl Festival.  CC21
